Joy is not something we manufacture on our own; it is something we carry when we live close to the heart of Jesus. Jesus reminded us, “You are the light of the world… Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven” (Matthew 5:14,16 NKJV). Light does not force itself—it simply shines. In the same way, when we live with compassion, grace, and obedience, God’s love becomes visible through us, and joy naturally follows.
